Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out of California  based off your zipcode

Allow 3-5 business days for order to process before shipping

Shipping cut off time is 12 noon PST 

 TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your Shoe Gummies

Important note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show.

We will not refund shipping cost due to your shipping carrier missing expected delivery date

For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
